Step 2: Submit Your Details
Once you’ve selected your package, you’ll complete a secure online form with the key information we need to start your case. We then prepare all relevant legal documents, review everything for accuracy, and get them ready for court submission. You’ll receive clear instructions and support at every step.
Step 3: We Handle the Legal Work
Your solicitor manages the entire divorce process, including the preparation, submission, and tracking of your application. We handle all court communications and ensure everything stays on track, including service of papers if required. You’ll be kept updated with progress throughout.
Step 4: Court Processing
Your divorce is processed through the official court system. The process includes two key stages: the Conditional Order, issued after the 20-week reflection period, and the Final Order, issued at least 6 weeks later to legally end the marriage. If you’ve requested a financial or child arrangement order, we prepare and submit these during the process as required.
Step 5: Finalisation and Closure
Once your Final Order is granted, your divorce is legally complete. If you’ve opted for a Clean Break Order or Consent Order, this will also be approved by the court, legally protecting your financial future and preventing any future claims.
